Financial Manager, NGO “Center for Sustainable Initiatives”
An expert with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management in the public and non-profit sectors. She has a degree in economics with a specialization in Accounting and Auditing (Ternopil State Economic University), as well as a junior specialist diploma in accounting (Rivne State Commercial Technical School).
Since 2023, she has been responsible for the financial support of the NGO “Center for Sustainable Initiatives,” including accounting for projects implemented with the support of Ukrainian and international funds. She specializes in project budgeting, budget monitoring, financial reporting, and interaction with auditors and regulatory authorities. She is proficient in accounting software (M.E.Doc, KBS UA Budget, E-Tender, E-Data) and applies modern approaches to financial management in the public sector.
Tetyana combines strategic thinking with a high level of responsibility, ensuring transparent, accurate, and effective financial management of each of the organization's projects.
