The NGO "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" (NGO "CSI") is a team of young, ambitious professionals working to preserve and rethink the local cultural heritage of small communities in Ukraine. The organization was founded on the basis of volunteers from the Zdolbunivka Museum of Local Lore and over time has become an influential player in the field of cultural transformations at the local level.

Mission and goals of the NGO "Center for Sustainable Initiatives"
Directs its activities towards the development and preservation of cultural heritage through its research, rethinking and creation of new cultural products. These include interactive museum exhibitions, historical podcasts, cultural events, lectures, workshops, as well as digital initiatives, including digitization of archival materials and creation of virtual exhibitions.
During Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the organization focused on supporting communities through cultural initiatives, helping local residents rethink historical events and find their cultural identity in new challenges.
