Public Offer Agreement for Providing Charitable Donations
This Public Offer for Providing Charitable Donations (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is directed at an indefinite number of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Donor") and constitutes a public proposal by the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives," represented by its Head, Oleksandr Chyzhevskyi, acting under the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), to conclude an agreement for the provision of charitable donations under the terms specified below.
Definitions
Public Offer – a valid proposal by the Organization, published on the website www.ngocsi.com, inviting an indefinite number of individuals to provide charitable donations.
Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by performing actions such as transferring funds using the payment forms and methods provided on the website or by transferring funds to the Organization's account via banking institutions. The Offer is deemed accepted on the date the funds are credited to the Organization's account.
Charitable Donation – a gratuitous transfer of funds by the Donor to the Organization for subsequent transfer to beneficiaries to achieve specific goals outlined in the Organization's Charter or programs in accordance with this Agreement.
Donor – a capable individual who voluntarily engages in one or more types of charitable activities. For the purposes of this Agreement, a Donor is an individual who has accepted the Offer.
Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous and voluntary transfer of funds by the Donor to the Organization's ownership through a charitable donation to support the Organization's statutory activities. The Donor independently determines the amount and direction of the charitable donation.

The performance of this Agreement by the parties does not aim to generate profit or benefits for either party.

The parties confirm that the subject of this Agreement is not the direct or indirect generation of profit by any party.
Acceptance

By accepting the Offer, the Donor agrees to all its terms, fully understands and consents to the subject of the Agreement, the purpose of public fundraising, and confirms the Organization's right to allocate a portion of the charitable donation for its administrative expenses.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Donor has the right to provide charitable donations to the Organization without limitations on the amount or frequency throughout the term of this Agreement.

Both parties have the right to use and disseminate information about the donation made by the Donor and the Donor's support of the Organization in achieving the goals outlined in the Charter.

The Organization is obligated to own, use, and manage the charitable donation to achieve the objectives outlined in the Charter.

Upon the Donor's request, the Organization is obligated to provide a report on the allocation and purpose of the charitable donation.
Fundraising Period

Public fundraising will continue until the Organization ceases its activities (including through liquidation) unless another period is specified by the Organization's decision, which will be communicated to the Donor by posting relevant information on the website: www.ngocsi.com.
Organization's Responsibility

The Organization is responsible for violating the terms of this Agreement and for misusing charitable donations contrary to its statutory activities or Ukrainian legislation.
Other Conditions

Expenses related to the transfer of charitable donations (such as transaction fees, taxes, or duties) are borne by the Donor.

By accepting the Offer, the Donor confirms that they have fully reviewed and agreed to its terms and consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the Offer's conditions. Consent to the processing of personal data remains valid for the duration of the Offer. By concluding the Offer, the Donor confirms they have been informed (without additional notification) about their rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection." The scope of the Donor's rights as a subject of personal data under this law is known and understood by the Donor.

The Donor consents that after providing their information on the Organization's website and completing registration, their contact information may be used by the Organization to send messages, including electronic ones. The Organization agrees not to disclose the Donor's contact information to third parties, except as explicitly required by Ukrainian law. Additionally, the Donor agrees that their information (e.g., name, surname) may be used by the Organization in media or on the Organization's website: www.ngocsi.com.
